On Saturday, October 11, the Museum hosted a special Indigenous Peoples’ Day event on the Historic Patuxet Homesite, where guests enjoyed performances by Wetu Ways, hands-on activities like archery and cornhusk doll making, and engaging conversations with Indigenous educators. The event honored the vibrant, living traditions of the Wampanoag people and offered a space for connection, learning, and celebration.
