Online ticket orders should be placed at least 3 DAYS (72 hours) in advance of your visit to the Online Ticket Booth to ensure they are processed for the date of your arrival. If you have missed the 3 day deadline, don't be concerned. You can still purchase tickets at the ticket booth when you arrive.
If you have a group of 15 or more, please call our group ticket office at (508)746-1622 extension 8358 for significant savings on your per-person admission, or go to our online Group Reservation Request.
Your tickets will be at the ticket desk for pick-up on the day of your visit. Tickets are not mailed.

No discounts are available online. You must purchase tickets in person at the museum to receive any discounts on your ticket price.
