I have hundreds of skeins of embroidery thread in all colors that I would donate to someone who would use them - especially for a charitable purpose. You can email me back at dpeterson@centurytel.net if you're interested.

Just an additional note for donations. If you work for a business, check to see if they have a matching gifts program. Many companies do, and the minimum donation might not be that high. Plimoth Plantation has a 403(c) designation and should qualify for matching gifts, and this usually just means including a form with your check. If everyone who made a donation who qualified for a match included a form, that would be a good amount of money for Plimoth's general fund in addition to any money you donate. You might want to check with your spouse, too. Some companies will match gifts made by spouses or domestic partners.
