ARRGGHH! I had this on the B-day/Christmas list for the hubby. It didn't get out in time for the B-day so now I have to wait until Christmas. Arrggghh again. My friends had better not wave theirs to closely under my nose :) :). Not sure if hubby has ordered this yet but I will direct him to the Plantation website if he has not.

My copy arrived the other day. (I heard about advance-ordering it on the Amazon.uk website.) All I can say is that my list of project ideas has just doubled. What a fabulous book!

I second the Spanish Peacock recommendation for slate frames. He does gorgeous work.

It was more of a redirection of its location than a hijacking and the anticipation
of its arrival in the wardrobe dept. had everyone waiting with baited breath until
Penny arrived with the precious cargo and Jill danced with joy!
The book is truly wonderful, lots of beauteous color photographs ( the coifs are super)
and who doesn't want more photos?!!
Your support is greatly appreciated!

Could you put the information from the various comments who said they knew people who can make slate frames in a blog post? Channukah is coming, and I have a relative who might get me a frame! Oh, and did anyone get any good shots of me and the little one at the lace pillow? I'd love a copy...

Thank you!!!!
