Wow! I googled Fan Frames and looked at the plimoth website. Am I glad I did!

Your fan is stunning! I, too, love lace fans. I have been searching for Fan Frames for months and am still unable to find any. Would you be willing to share where you got yours? I'm more interested in wooden ones.

I can be reached at knackfulknitter(at)q.com
Thank you so much for an awesome site!

Thank you for the kind words.

Kandy, you can still purchase Le Pompe new from Ruth Bean in England (using your charge card) and it is *much* less than what is being charged for exactly the same copy used. Bean's has a few copies left. If you need information, send me email through Jill and I'll be happy to help you.

Apologies to everyone else -- I don't know how to communicate with Kandy except in this public way.

Such beautiful work. Every time you post about lace, I want to get my pillow out again. I can almost feel the bobbins and hear the "clicking" ...

And, a very lovely gift to the Wardrobe office. I recently looked into trying to obtain a copy -- not going to happen in my world for a while :)
