Deposits and Payments
An initial deposit will be requested along with a signed contract to confirm your event. Six months prior to your event, 50% of the remaining balance is required. The balance and the final count are due five business days before the event. In the case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if the function space is resold for a comparable event.
Service Charges
For events at Plimoth Plantation there will be an 18% management fee added to the food and beverage charges to cover the cost of service staff, culinary staff and management.
Sales Tax
All prices are subject to applicable Massachusetts Sales Tax.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of function cancellation (after the final guarantee has been established and before the function occurs) you will be billed for all operational expenses incurred to date.
Membership
Museum membership includes use of the Plimoth Plantation facilities for private functions. One-year individual or corporate memberships are available.
Educational Enhancement
As part of your room rental at Plimoth Plantation, your guests may visit the Shelby Collum Davis Exhibit Gallery during the cocktail hour of your event.

How much time do you allocate for the reception?
The time covered by your package will include five hours.
Does my package include a Wedding Coordinator?
Yes, the Sales Manager will be happy to work with you. A meeting will be scheduled with the Event Manager approximately 10 days prior to the day of the Event.
Is there a charge for bartenders?
Bartenders are included in wedding package pricing only.
What kind of decorations can we bring?
The Sales Manager will be happy to suggest decorations to enhance your event. Candles must be enclosed in glass.
Are the menu prices guaranteed?
Your package price per person is guaranteed upon signing of the contract.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX.
Is there a fee to cut the cake?
Our wedding packages include this service.
Do you have meals available for vegetarians?
Yes, our chef will prepare a special meal for your guest.
Do you have children’s meals available?
Yes, our chef will also prepare appropriate meals for young children.
