Museum Clean-Up Day 2017

2017 is the 70th anniversary of Plimoth Plantation's founding. Help us make our Museum shine for this special season! This year, the event will be taking place on March 11, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Join Museum Staff as we tackle everything from raking to painting to exhibit set-up and much more. As a thank you, a complimentary lunch and free pass to Plimoth Plantation will be provided to all volunteers.  Registration is currently closed - we had such a positive response! Thank you to everyone who signed up to help us!

Here is some important information for event registrants:

Volunteer check-in will be at 9:00 in the morning in the Visitor Center lobby.   Please visit the check-in table to receive your complimentary Museum passes, name tags and project assignments.  We will have coffee and light snacks available for you when you arrive.

Your name tag will also indicate your lunch break.  Lunch is provided, and we will be serving soup and sandwiches. There will be a vegetarian option, but please come prepared if you have further dietary considerations.  We invite you to take lunch with the rest of your team, and ask that you please keep to your assigned time.  

You are invited to bring your own water bottle to keep yourself hydrated during the day, and we will also have bottled water available should you need it.

It is recommended that you dress in layers and in clothing suitable for multiple indoor/outdoor projects.  Many volunteers choose to bring work gloves.  We may have mud and possibly some snow cover, so be prepared.
