Plimoth Plantation offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical and dental insurance for the employee and their eligible dependents (cost-sharing involved). Term life insurance and long-term disability for all full-time, year-round employees. 403B retirement plan is available for all employees and profit sharing retirement plan for all eligible staff.

All full-time, both year-round and seasonal, and part-time staffs with at least four years of service are eligible for annual paid vacation allowance. The amount of paid vacation is based on length of service and number of hours worked per week. Holiday and sick-time benefits are available for eligible employees.
